Know what you have in your cupboards, freezer and fridge before you go mad and shop, Use what you have first.
Sit and look at your week, when will you have time to cook?
When will you be in a hurry?
or when will you know you simply can't be bothered?
Plan your meals accordingly in a hurry a quick stir fry -
more time a nice roast dinner with lots of vegetables
Eat regularly , don't skip meals,
Make sure you have 1/2 pint of milk or substitute every day
and drink plenty of fluid
(if you are maintaining just add another snack)
